ADMIN CUM TELEMARKETER

- Execute and manage sales orders processing accurately and promptly - Be involved with the entire supply chain process, from preparing purchase order to sales order, delivery order, invoice, and other trade-related documents - Manage collection/delivery by scheduling arrangement to minimize error and costs - Highlight and escalate when the planned delivery/collection schedule is out of expected range - To verify documentation and coordinate with the team - Processing of sales and purchase orders from various customers in a timely manner - Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries - Filing all the relevant documentations - Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time - To promote the company's services to the market. -To analyse the market, potential leads, potential clients also ensure to meets monthly sales goals. - To research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. - To gathering, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft sales reports. - To implement new sales and advertising plans. - To maintain relationships with clients - To stay updated in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks. - Able to have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Able to work under pressure.
