Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks.
  • Assist in preparing reports as requested by superior.
  • Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry and processing of Goods Receive Notes (GRN), sales invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and purchase requests.
  • Support the preparation of payment vouchers, bank reconciliation, and other financial documents.
  • Help track and update debtor and creditor payments.
  • Assist in managing petty cash and support the issuance of company expense billing.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have own transportation.
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administrative or any related field.
  • Good clear communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and able to establish good relationship with people at all levels.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, confident and out-going.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates residing in Banting or nearby area is an added advantage.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
