Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports as requested by superior.
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry and processing of Goods Receive Notes (GRN), sales invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and purchase requests.
- Support the preparation of payment vouchers, bank reconciliation, and other financial documents.
- Help track and update debtor and creditor payments.
- Assist in managing petty cash and support the issuance of company expense billing.
Job Requirements:
- Must have own transportation.
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administrative or any related field.
- Good clear communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to establish good relationship with people at all levels.
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, confident and out-going.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
- Candidates residing in Banting or nearby area is an added advantage.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
