Working time: 24/7 Shift (Rotate by quarter) 5 days a weeks and 2 days of day

Job Description:
- Develop excellent product knowledge to enhance customer's experience and support.
- Provide customer's guidance in order to address the concerns raised, both on the deliveries and other issues.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the allocated time.
- Adhere to the quality process set to ensure that we are providing accurate and timely service to the customer's.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in speaking in English
- Fresh graduates with Diploma and Degree are encouraged to apply as training will be provided for 1 month
- Able to work on a rotational shift
- 5 working days per week with 2 consecutive rest day off – Rest day can be on weekend or weekdays
- Comfortable to speak and assists both, local and international customers
Allowances:
- Fix contact centre allowance: RM200/month
- Late night shift allowance: RM300 to RM450/month
