  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand tender requirements and expectations for preparing accurate responses.
  • Develop design and specification work for product configurations, space planning, and floor plan layouts.
  • Prepare proposals with bills of quantities, product images, and comprehensive specifications that meet the technical and customer requirements within the tender scope.
  • Coordinate with company factories and third-party suppliers to obtain pricing and lead times for non-standard products based on customer specifications.
  • Work closely with the Visualization team to create visual aids that support the value propositions in customer proposals.
  • Prepare and manage data and pricing for third-party product entries into order files.
  • Develop operational maintenance manuals and product presentations in PowerPoint format.
  • Ensure all drawings and documentation are archived and maintained for easy access.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of tender documents before submission, working with Sales to meet deadlines.
  • Support the Manager in coordinating with Shared Service Centre on deliverables, timelines, and clarifications for tenders and service orders.
  • At least 1 year of commercial experience with proficiency in computer software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, PCON, Adobe Photoshop, and Project Matrix.
  • Willingness to work overtime, with a strong commitment to tasks, high attention to detail, and a meticulous approach.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset
