  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

1. Responsible in preparing safe and consumables food/meals to patients based the stipulated time, consecutively collecting all crockeries sets from patients’ room after each meal. 2. Collect patient’s order and summarize order in work order form. 3. Prepare patient’s food based on order and comply with infection control requirement. 4. Make sure patient’s food serve in good condition, quality and follow therapeutic diet as per requested. 5. Responsible in preparing patients’ order and delivered to the appointed food caterer. 6. To ensure stock pantry follow stock par level. 7. All food container, equipment and working areas must be cleaned. 8. To wear proper PPE during plating and serving time. 9. Must always aware and be ready to any constructive order/instruction from Company for further improvement.
