Job description Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner. Ensure accuracy of billing and payment details. Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Verify and post transactions to the general ledger. Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports. Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and accounts. Support the auditing process by providing necessary documentation and information. Administrative Support: Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions. Handle correspondence related to accounts and financial inquiries. Perform general office duties including filing, copying, and data entry. Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Monitor and review financial transactions for accuracy and completeness. Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
