Who You Are
- Curious business person with a with an appetite to develop the Food Systems (FOS) business in the region, capital and service, based on the FOS offerings portfolio, going “Deeper” within current customer group and business areas and “Wider”, exploring and extracting growth opportunities.

About The Job
This role will be responsible for developing business plans based on marketing studies for new areas of business, reporting to the President for BU Food Systems.
Job Description
- Drive an efficient and effectful sales organization in the Cluster.
- Create, manage and deliver, in close collaboration with the FOS sales resources, focused business development plans based on market analysis, incorporating the FOS and Food & Water Cluster strategies and delivering our targets.
- Foster and develop teamwork in close collaboration with the South East Asia FOS team, the FOS Sales Units, the South East Asia Food & Water Division manager as well as the respective Food & Water country managers and marketing team in the Cluster.
- Build awareness and strengthen the positioning of the FOS portfolio of offerings, Capital Sales and Service Sales, externally and internally in collaboration with the Sales Units, Service and Marketing resources, centrally and in the Cluster.
- Drive the development of the FOS organization in respect of capacity and competence; direct (FOS Sales resources) and indirect (Sales Company colleagues), in close collaboration with the Sales Units in BU FOS and the F&W managers in the Cluster.
- Full line manager for FOS sales resources in the Cluster who are reporting dotted line to the Sales Units, Global Sales manager.
What You Know
- Sales management and business development background.
- Techno-commercial background based on engineering degree (Chemical or Mechanical) with thorough knowledge of the food, beverage and feed sectors in the region.
- Minimum 5 years of practical commercial experience selling and promoting engineered solutions to industrial end customers.
