- Responsible for product introduction in stores.
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through our communication channels (online & offline).
- Professionally handle inquiries and feedback pertaining to the company products and services from customers.
- Team cooperation to coordinate all aspects of operations.
- Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- No experience is required as training will be provided.
- No academic qualifications required.
- Clear logic and able to work independently.
- Responsible and Good Teamwork.
- Cheerful personality and good in communication.
- Willing to work on Monday to Saturday (8:30am-4:30pm).
