  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job scope:

  • Greet walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and respond to messages on Facebook.
  • Introduce our courses to parents, guiding them through the benefits and structure.
  • Monitor children’s learning progress, prepare reports, and discuss achievements with parents.
  • Address parent and student inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and care.
  • Provide thorough customer service by explaining courses and answering questions.
  • Schedule and arrange appointments and meet with parents at various center locations.

Requirements:

  • Available to work on weekends.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with both parents and children.
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice.
  • Independent, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Enjoys building connections with children; patient, friendly, gentle, proactive, and creative.

Additional Information:

  • Work locations: BBU, Bukit Indah, Permas Jaya, Desa Tebrau, Setia Tropika, Sutera Utama,
  • 5-day workweek with off days on Tuesday, and Wednesday
  • Professional training in education, including personal and career development planning

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
