- Coordinate and issue PO & invoice.
- Perform AR daily routine operation.
- Review bank statement, check and confirm remittance transactions and update into system.
- Record and follow up daily cash collections, ensure remittance is received in a timely manner.
- Prepare statement and support customer's enquiry and agent's transactions.
- Collaborate with sales team and follow up outstanding, support on biling adjustmnet and issue reminder letter to customers.
- Assisting department manager with assigned departmental tasks.
- Candidate must process at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 year work experience.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
