Job Responsibilities:
1. Interface Coordination: Manage interface coordination and technical issue resolution among various systems, including civil works, signaling, track works, and LRV, ensuring seamless integration and delivery;
2. Planning and Management: Develop, oversee and update the interface management plan according to project schedules, ensuring all stakeholders adhere to the timeline;
3. Technical Support: Organize and join technical coordination meetings for interface issues, review, and approve related technical solutions, ensuring compliance with overall project requirements;
4. Documentation Management: Manage and maintain interface-related documents, such as interface agreements, meeting minutes, and change records;
5. Risk Control: Identify, evaluate, and manage interface risks, developing and implementing mitigation measures to ensure risks are under control;
6. Communication and Reporting: Act as the primary contact for interface communication, liaising with project owners, subcontractors, and system teams, and regularly report interface progress to the project management team.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Railway Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
2. At least 5 years of experience in railway projects, with expertise in interface management;
3. Familiarity with processes and technical requirements for railway systems such as civil works, signaling, track works, and LRV;
4. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance diverse stakeholder interests;
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
