Responsibilities : 1) Petty cash - prepare & submit once a week on Wednesday to Operation Manager 2) Invoice - To prepare every 2 weeks date 15 & 30/31 every month. ** Candidate 3) Key in the DO into system everyday and ensure all closing done by 3pm on Thursday 4) Purchasing - Quotation, PO & GRN ( MATERIAL & MISCELLANEOUS) 5) Key in Inventory data once a month 6) Perform other office duties as assigned. 7) To maintain all office and administrative work . * Candidates with basic knowledge of purchasing and SST is an advantage.
