  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks associated with account payable and employee claims to guarantee the prompt and precise entry of liabilities (vendor invoice, CN/DN, expenses claim, petty cash claim) into the computerized system.
  • Perform vendor statement reconciliations and outstanding payment list.
  • Assist in compiling monthly recurring journal, audit schedule & maintain proper filing is kept up to date.
  • Check and update the fixed asset correctly and accurately into the system.
  • Execute additional assigned duties with efficiency and dedication, contributing to overall success of the finance and accounting team.

Requirements:

  • Academic Qualification: LCCI, Diploma or Degree Holder.
  • At least 1-2 years related working experiences in finance.
  • Diploma holder and fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Positive, Responsible, Meticulous, Good Attitude, Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill.
