Responsibility
- Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls while maintaining strong sales and customer experience throughout the interaction.
- Consultative Selling: Identify customer needs and recommend new products or services to support their business success.
- Issue Resolution: Provide solutions within our support scope or guide customers to third-party or paid services when necessary.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve issues with client products on the first call whenever possible.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve targets in First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates .NET Promoter Score, and New Sales.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excel in communication, multitasking, and prioritizing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Requirements
- Education: SPM holders are welcome, provided they have strong English skills.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is an added advantage.
- Experience in customer service for BPO industry is a must.
