About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People team. In this role, you will lead and enhance our recruitment strategies, ensuring we attract and onboard top talent to drive Company’s growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, strategic hiring, and fostering employer branding initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Strategies: Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet Company’s business objectives across all departments.
  • Leadership Hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid/senior-level roles, ensuring alignment with organisational needs.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with Marketing and People teams to develop campaigns and initiatives that promote Aonic as an employer of choice.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to identify talent needs and provide guidance on market trends and best practices.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs, leveraging tools, networks, and partnerships.
  • Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and optimise processes. Utilise and analyse data-driven approaches to offer actionable insights on talent pools, compensation trends, and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Candidate Onboarding Experience: Ensure an unparalleled candidate experience, offering a seamless journey from the first point of contact to onboarding.

About You

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Prior experience in technology, engineering, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in recruitment analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong grasp of HR and recruiting best practices, decision-making skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent sourcing, networking and candidate engagement skills would be great for the role.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources and Employment Laws in the Asia Pacific region is an added advantage.
