Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting the overall administrative work and ensure the smooth running of daily operation in the office.
  • Assisting payroll processing.
  • Assisting recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Managing employee SOCSO claims.
  • Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Preparing HR-related reports to Management.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in HR or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (both oral and written).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and multi-task.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work beyond office hours when necessary.
  • Ability to travel if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
