Job Responsibilities
- Assisting the overall administrative work and ensure the smooth running of daily operation in the office.
- Assisting payroll processing.
- Assisting recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Managing employee SOCSO claims.
- Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Preparing HR-related reports to Management.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in HR or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (both oral and written).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and multi-task.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work beyond office hours when necessary.
- Ability to travel if required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
