Job Description:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving the growth of the marketplace by developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.

Relationship Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with existing customers and partners.

Sales and Negotiation: Meet with potential clients to determine their needs and propose solutions that meet their needs, preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients and secure a deal.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Performance Tracking: Track sales data and work towards monthly or annual targets.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.

3. Strong market knowledge and experience in working with SMEs.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

5. Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.

1. Self-motivated and driven.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
