Do you have a strong background in sales within the health and wellness industry?You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with client, driving sales growth, and expanding our business supplement sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide consultation about health issues, nutrition, and healthy diet in response to customer inquiries
- Provide good customer service to all our customers
- Promote health & beauty products according to customer needs.
- Promote the awareness of healthy diet & lifestyle through company social media to educate the public.
- Always keeps up to date on the market trend in terms of product knowledge and the latest nutritional finding.
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure the process is smooth from receiving order until goods delivering.
- Roadshow support and other administrative duties
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
- Assist in company promotional activities when necessary.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition , Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience in Customer Service in F&B line (added advantage).
- Strong understanding of the supplement market, including industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
