Content Creator CUM Graphic Designer for Jiwa Kuala Nerus

About the role

Jiwa Kopi dan Bingsu Kuala Nerus is seeking a talented and dynamic Content Creator/Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content to support our marketing initiatives across various platforms. You will be based in Kuala Nerus, Terengganu.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and develop impactful visual content, including social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and other marketing materials
• Produce high-quality, on-brand content that aligns with the company's marketing strategy and brand guidelines
• Edit and enhance existing visual assets to ensure consistency and quality
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continually improve the visual identity of the brand
• Assist with the planning and execution of social media campaigns and other marketing initiatives
• Provide support and guidance to other team members on design-related tasks

What we're looking for

• Experienced is an advantage. Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Strong proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
• Ability to translate creative concepts into visually compelling and on-brand content
• Ability to manage and create a marketing schedule for the month, based on promotion and the guideline on-brand.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple projects
• A collaborative and flexible approach to working with cross-functional teams
