- Degree or higher in any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written).
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
