Accounts Executive
Job Description
- Able to handle a full set of accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial statement, which include balance sheet schedules, verification of general ledgers, bank reconciliation, debtor and creditor reconciliation.
- Prepare month end financial reports and analysis in accurate and timely manner.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting preparation.
- Liaise with Company stakeholders, tax agents, auditors, company secretary, bankers and relevant authorities
- Assist in management of cash flow and banking facilities
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management
Job Requirements
- Process Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Process good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Able to work independently, multi-tasking and meet deadlines with self-initiatives
