- Collect trainee feedback to continuously improve and optimize training courses and teaching methods.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure training content aligns with business needs.
- Track trainee learning outcomes and provide corresponding learning reports and improvement suggestions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or related fields.Over 3 years of
- experience in e-commerce training or related work experience.
- Familiar with the operation and management of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Taobao, JD.com, Amazon).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of delivering complex content in an engaging and clear manner.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and understanding of the latest e-commerce trends.
