Final Assembly Testing & Packaging Engineer

- Monitor, witness, document and review the inspection, assembly and testing of turbine engines and components, ensuring all requirements are met according to the criteria set by HQ Taiwan and China plant - Participate on special projects to review, install or modify equipments and procedures - Implement technology and skills from HQ Taiwan to Malaysia - Provide guidance to the local engineers - Visually inspect turbine engine components, subassemblies, rigs and individual parts for anomalies - Inspect engines and components for foreign objects and check test stands for surplus parts, hardware or loose debris - Design packaging solutions that protect and preserve products during transportations, storage and handling - Conducting feasibility studies to determine the suitability of packaging solutions for products - Analyzing data and researching to improve the packaging process and implementing relevant solutions - Developing and executing standard operating procedures and guidelines for product packaging - Ensure consistency and quality of packaging according to the criteria set by HQ
