Customer Support Specialist (Market Survey)

Responsibilities: 1. Conduct value proposition demonstrations (VPD) with farmers in the designated region. 2. Gather farmer feedback on product performance, including crop safety, pest control effectiveness, crop health, and yield during VPD sessions. 3. Develop and maintain a network of relationships with farmers in the assigned territory. 4. Work closely with the field R&D team to assess product performance and integrate farmer feedback. 5. Assist the local marketing and demand generation teams in launching products and organizing seminars. 6. Partner with other departments to prepare field demonstrations and training materials for product launches and external events. 7. Collaborate with academic institutions and local government bodies to gain product endorsements and drive adoption. 8. Support the transfer of product technology in internal meetings, farmer events, and assigned training sessions. 9. Provide monthly updates on crop development, pest forecasts, and market trends. Job Requirements: 1. University degree, preferably in Crop Protection, Crop Sciences, or related biological fields. 2. Fresh graduate to 5 years of experience in the crop protection industry. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to travel within the assigned region, with up to 70% travel time. 5. Willingness to work with farmers, retailers, academic institutions, and government representatives. 6. Proficiency in professional English.
