You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing comprehensive information about our training services and ensuring a professional and positive experience. Your role is pivotal in converting inquiries into loyal clients through exceptional customer service and operational support.
Responsibilities:
- -Set up prospect profiles in the CRM system. -Build rapport and strong professional relationships with interested prospects, acting on any sales opportunities. -Handle incoming inquiries and manage client bookings and consultation appointments. -Keep clients updated and in touch through all relationship-building checkpoints within the KD Trainer Training System. -Respond to and handle incoming client feedback alongside the team. -Liaise with clients regarding payments and general inquiries. -Update the Client Results wall, achievement board, and other relevant updates to keep the team and clients informed. -Organise client testimonials and marketing content. -Collaborate with other departments to organise social events for trainers and clients. -Build, enhance, and maintain the client experience with KD Trainer professionally. -Perform billing and administrative duties. -Execute departmental checklists. -Handle the opening and closing of the workplace.
