1. Respond to customer enquires/complaints within 2 hours. 2. Achieves satisfactory customer satisfaction index. 3. Submit service exception reports to BIC within 48 working hours. 4. Ensure completion of special projects/task. 5. Check/classify and verify all pending from dispatch rider. 6. Ensure all information’s are updated into system. 7. Make arrangement for urgent consignment. 8. Check and handle all major A/C document. 9. Follow all ISO procedures and requirement. 10. Monitoring all Pre alert document and ADC card. 11. Check and revert back all email to origin. 12. Answer telephone call within 3 rings. 13. Acceptance of incoming shipment. 14. Attending to customer request and questionnaires. 15. Attend to walk in customer at the counter. 16. Check in all the incoming shipment from counter and on time updating of PODs. 17. To handle Major Accounts 18. To handle any additional task handed by BIC/BRANCH EXECUTIVE from time to time
