About the job
In this role your responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
General HR Service Delivery and HR Advisory
- Delivers fast, responsive and high-quality HR services to HR communities, managers and candidates (internal and external), oversees accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.
- Communicates with internal and external stakeholders answering to inquiries (accurate and on time), prepares, dispatches and fills documentation.
- Consults line managers on all Talent Acquisition related topics (incl. EDI) and fosters understanding of mutual responsibility for an excellent candidate experience as per Swarovski standards. Builds understanding of the business to identify and help selecting most suitable talents.
Talent Acquisition Operations
- Supports Hiring Managers (HM) with the initiation of the recruitment process as per need (guidance).
- Prepares and publishes job postings based on a detailed understanding of the position requirements and implement recruitment strategy as per the first briefing conversation with the HM.
- Screens and creates longlists/shortlist of candidates, proactively monitors pipeline of candidates and proposes measures to increase quantity, improve quality and apply sourcing strategy where required as per recruitment strategy aligned during the recruitment briefing with HM.
- Executes professional Microsoft Teams interviews with candidates to reduce longlist to shortlist for all levels of roles with a priority on higher grades.
- Organizes and ensures testing of candidates such as onsite case studies, online tests, participation in assessments, background checks etc.
- Provides feedback to HM about interviews as well as about test results (as applicable) and consults on decision making.
- Creates offer to candidates and negotiates based on guidelines and by aligning with HM, HR Operations Local and/or compensation specialists as applicable.
- Actively maintains regular contact with candidates and hiring managers during the process and ensures timely feedback.
- Maintains people data quality in HR systems related to TA processes.
- Acts as a back-up for other team members.
HR Projects & continuous improvement
- Exchanges on and consult with collaborators regarding HR operations policies and standards to ensure understanding and compliance and deliver improvements and simplification of existing processes and procedures, based on experience and feedback from customers.
- Participates in and executes HR projects and activities.
- Proposes and implements efficiency and quality improvements.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- 2-3 years of overall professional experience in an end-to-end recruitment process management
- Excellent communicator who can adapt to different audiences
- Experience with recruiting tools and HR systems (Workday is a plus)
- Experience in approaching passive candidates with direct search methods
- Excellent cooperation skills
- Ability to communicate and explain procedures and solution proposals
- Multitasking / Time management
- Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking, reading and writing
- Proficiency in one of the APAC languages (Japanese, Korean, Thai) would be an advantage
