Clinical Duties
Assist Dentists During Procedures
- Prepare and pass instruments to the dentist.
- Provide chairside support during dental surgeries and treatments.
Prepare Treatment Rooms
- Ensure the treatment room is clean, sterilized, and fully equipped before each procedure.
- Lay out necessary instruments and materials for each patient.
Sterilization and Infection Control
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
- Follow strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.
Patient Preparation and Comfort
- Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure they are comfortable.
- Provide post-treatment instructions as directed by the dentist.
Administrative Duties
Record-Keeping
- Update and maintain patient records, including dental charts and X-rays.
- Assist in managing appointment schedules.
Inventory Management
- Monitor and order dental supplies when needed.
- Ensure proper storage of materials.
Communication and Teamwork
Patient Interaction
- Greet and communicate with patients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns.
Support the Dental Team
- Collaborate effectively with dentists, hygienists, and other team members.
- Assist with tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.

- Minimum SPM qualification
- Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
