Job Title: Inside Sales Representative - Hokkien Speaker

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, engaging with potential clients, and developing long-term relationships. You will play a critical role in identifying new sales opportunities through calls and emails and helping Sales Executives close sales deals, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Working location : Petaling Jaya

Working hours : 24/7 Rotational Shift (8 working hours + 1 hour lunch break)

Working days : Monday to Sunday (5 working days + 2 days off)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups
  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
  • Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
  • Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
  • Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
  • Researching for new leads
  • Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
  • Upselling products and services

Qualifications:

  • Able to speak Hokkien, Mandarin, and basic English
  • Able to work in rotational shift
