Teammate(Mandarin)- 4 Months Contract
As a Teammate, you will receive inbound and/or place outbound calls. You will provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries coming through email and live chat support channels. You will filter content from the client's website. You will also perform data and research functions. You will provide support through known basic troubleshooting techniques. You will also manage and resolve customer complaints. You will identify and escalate priority issues. You will route calls to the appropriate resource, when necessary and also document all information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures. You must always strive for Good Customer Satisfaction and Experience and ensure that all calls are handled professionally based on the Quality Guidelines set by the Client. You will meet and exceed client mandated KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).
Standard Requirements:
- Mandarin skill is needed
- Able to commit 4 months contract terms
- Malaysian that can speak in Mandarin, as staff will support Taiwan Market
- Must be able to type in traditional mandarin
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Must commit to 4 months contract
- NO WORK-FROM-HOME option provided
- Work Schedule: Day shift only (10 am -10 pm), 5 days per week (off day not guaranteed weekend), 8 working hour+1 hour lunch break per day
- Start Date: 2nd Jan
- Salary: Basic: RM 4000 - 4500 + 1 month salary equivalent of bonus will be given if completes all 4 months contract period + Free meal per day
