Production Executive & QA Before Process: Conduct quality assurance (QA) for raw materials, including color, density, pH, viscosity and appearance. Ensure the correct formulation and materials are used for compounding. Review batch formulas and verify accuracy for the required compound volume. Coordinate with production for compounding volume and usage schedules. Manage raw material stock and maintain data in the computer. During & After the Process: Manage and monitor chemical processes, quality assurance, and production activities. Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs). Set and record formulation parameters such as power, speed, heating, and spinning. Work closely with R&D team during the pilot batch. Responsible on product adjustment if not meet the standard. Submit samples for lab testing and approval before production use. Review lab reports and ensure compounds meet production requirements. Arrange for compound transfers and tank cleaning for new batches. Store chemicals safely and in an organized manner, adhering to compliance standards. Other Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks. To prevent injuries, promote and enforce safe work practices, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure compliance with manufacturing documentation, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety standards. Monitor and ensure workforce adherence to company policies and well-being standards. Participate in the implementation of process control systems and quality improvement initiatives. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management. Educational Background: Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Process, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetics Science, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in chemical processing is essential. Preferable experience in the skincare or cosmetics industry. Ideal candidates should demonstrate technical expertise, familiarity with chemical manufacturing processes, and an ability to contribute effectively to quality-driven production environments.
