NETWORK AND IT SUPERVISOR (JOHOR)

1. To conduct daily operations & maintenance for job function according to SOP. 2. Provide support to users/customer and staff in the use of ICT services. 3. To troubleshoot hardware and software problems and resolve as appropriate. 4. To do installation and configuration of computer-based products and related items. 5. To assist in maintaining, monitoring and support of all installed computer systems. 6. To follow company guidelines and procedures in handling the installed system. 7. To assist in preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly report. 8. To maintain a safe and secure work environment. 9. To manage the documentation of Preventive Maintenance (PM) Checklist & monthly Work Order (closing & compilation) for claiming process. 10. To support maintenance of company assets (PC, Laptop, Printer, etc.) 11. To perform other task as and when required by the Company. Requirements 1. Candidate must possess a Diploma in ICT. 2. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the related field. 3. Willing to work in Johor Bahru (JB). 4. Basic salary range: RM2,000 - RM2,200. 5. Allowance: RM175.
