Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. - Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system. - Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and letters. - Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of necessary documentation. - Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other employee engagement activities. - Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR support. - Assist in compliance with labour laws and company policies. What We’re Looking For: - A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience in HR role. - A people-person attitude. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws.
