• Plan, schedule, organize and assign jobs (Import / Export) daily. (Based on Email and Internal system) . • Access to Depot & PSA System (Familiar to Singapore Platform) • Constant communications with drivers to ensure given jobs is completed. • Liaise and co-ordinate with Customer on any problem pertaining to the job. • Constant and close monitoring of all deliveries and collections. • To report traffic accident to Operation Manager. • Escalate and report any cargo discrepancy or damage to immediate Operation Manager / Duty Manager. • To check and handle email for relevant jobs. • To take early initiative to ask customer for time extension for Import Delivery / export collections if requires. • Report any delivery abnormality & discrepancy to immediate superior / Duty Manager. • Others related to department’s import/export operations matters. • Attend to customer’s phone calls after office hours. • Follow up on driver’s feedback and seek Operation Manager advice if needed. • Assist the Operation Manager in replying to daily customer operational queries and requests. • To perform any other tasks assigned by Operation Manager.
