Job Responsibilities
General:
- Prepare and lead weekly and monthly meetings with actionable outcomes.
Documentation, Policies, Manuals, and SOPs:
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents on company policies.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital personnel records, including employment contracts.
- Ensure all agreements, policies, and contracts comply with Malaysian employment laws.
- Gather payroll data such as bank account details and working days.
Recruitment and Hiring:
- Schedule and coordinate job interviews, contacting candidates as needed.
- Manage talent acquisition by publishing and removing job ads.
- Update internal databases with new hire and exit information.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics like hiring trends by department.
Training and Development:
- Develop onboarding and training materials to ensure seamless integration for new hires.
Employee Relations:
- Respond efficiently to employee inquiries regarding benefits and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws when addressing employee grievances.
Performance Management:
- Oversee workforce productivity by defining and tracking KPIs for all staff.
Requirements
- Proven work experience with at least 5+ years in HR within one company.
- Educational background in HR (Diploma/Degree preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in policies and agreements.
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to HR metrics.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/talent management systems.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
