We are seeking a dedicated Analyst, Customer Quality to join our global team. This role involves supporting the Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) team through administrative tasks, data retrieval, and analysis. You’ll play a key role in enabling comprehensive investigations and delivering quality solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract and consolidate Level 1 OCAP data into standard templates for CQE.
  • Collect initial investigation data to assist in detailed OCAP report preparation.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to quality notifications (QN).
  • Generate and deliver SPC/PCS reports per customer requirements.
  • Assist with data analysis, report preparation, and project follow-up.
  • Validate Certificates of Analysis (COA) when necessary.
  • Propose workflow improvements and ensure compliance with organizational protocols, including ISO standards and safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in data analysis and reporting; experience in manufacturing or quality control is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality systems (e.g., ISO standards).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-regional collaboration.
  • Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
