We are looking for a proactive and organized Site Admin (Safety) to support the safety operations at our construction site. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative tasks related to safety management, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Administration:

  • Assist in maintaining and organizing safety documentation, including permits, incident reports, risk assessments, and inspection records.
  • Ensure all safety-related records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Permit to Work (PTW) Support:

  • Assist in the coordination and tracking of the PTW system for high-risk activities.
  • Verify that all required approvals and safety measures are in place before permits are issued.

Compliance Monitoring:

  • Support the Safety Officer in ensuring compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) and other relevant regulations.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for audits or inspections as required.

Incident Reporting and Coordination:

  • Help document and file accident, near-miss, or incident reports.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for follow-up actions and investigations.

Safety Training and Awareness:

  • Assist in organizing safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
  • Maintain attendance records and training materials.

General Administrative Support:

  • Manage the procurement of safety equipment and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
  • Handle correspondence and communication related to site safety matters.
  • Provide administrative support to the Site Safety Supervisor and team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Administration, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
