HR Executive Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Secretarial, Administration and Management or equivalent. • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin • Required Skill (s): Human Resource Management, Payroll Calculation, Training & Development and Communication Skill. • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply • Preferably candidate who able to on board immediately Responsibilities: • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information and contracts. • Collect and verify timesheets, assist in payroll processing. • Post job openings, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communication. • Prepare onboarding materials, conduct orientations, and ensure documentation is complete. • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrolment and updates. • Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations. • Assist in handling employee grievances and support conflict resolution. • Generate reports on HR metrics like turnover and absenteeism. • Organize and schedule employee training sessions and track completion. • Handle HR-related inquiries, manage documentation, and support the HR team administratively. • And any Ad hoc tasks which are assigned by the Management.
