Program Overview: SmartB is launching a Graduate Programme seeking high-caliber fresh graduates aspiring to become future IT Consultants or Project Managers. This program is designed to immerse you in the end-to-end management of projects, from needs analysis to project delivery, preparing you for a successful career in technology consulting and project management within various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

-Participate in comprehensive training covering our technology solutions, project management methodologies, and client consulting strategies. -Work alongside experienced IT Consultants and Project Managers on live projects to gain hands-on experience. -Conduct needs analysis to understand and document client requirements. -Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet client needs. -Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. -Provide ongoing support and maintenance for completed projects to ensure client satisfaction.
