- Accurately process customer payments, track transactions, and maintain organized documentation
- Generate invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and update customer accounts
- Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and support month-end reporting
- Address customer inquiries, maintain relationships, and resolve payment issues promptly
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in accounting or finance are a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role is an added advantage, preferably in accounts receivable.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
- Basic understanding of accounts receivable and accounting principles.
- Strong data entry and attention to detail skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
