Job description :
- Join in strategic sourcing activities, bid evaluation, and vendor selection processes.
- Assist in reviewing project completion status
- Handle claim submission to the Account Unit
- Monitor operational budget and expenses.
- Prepare bids based on assessment criteria for vendor selection.
- Prepare vendor categories.
- Review and shortlist bid submissions.
- Assist with tender/project documentation preparation
- Review vendor performance to suggest recommendations
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Requirements :
- Minimum qualification required: Diploma/Degree/Bachelor
- Experience in Operation/Procurement/Tendering at least 1 year
- Excellent computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Responsible and able to receive instructions properly.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
