Job Description:
- Plan and lead TCE activities on desk research, product research and market research.
- Develop plans and strategies to generate demand on Company product and assists sales personnel to increase sales.
- Deliver and / or participate sales presentations / trade road show / workshops to promote / introduce products / services. May need to work with Head of Marketing on public sector and both digital and conventional marketing communication campaign.
- Perform trial on new potential products.
- Provide services or solutions and carry out promotional activities to estates, end users, dealer etc.
- Do demonstration on Company existing products to estates or farms.
- Get market information on competitors’ products.
- Develop public relation with potential clients.
- Survey for any high demand products.
- Technical support delivery and workaround to fixing the technical issue with efficient solutions.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Agricultural or Farm Management
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply as we provide excellent training
- Willing to travel extensively.
- For experienced candidates, at least 3-5 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing is preferred
- Good Technical & Professional Knowledge, including strong understanding of market trends and challenges.
- Strong analytical skill and sound agriculture technical knowledge.
- Strong personal and interpersonal skill.
- Speak and write in English, Mandarin and BM. Able to converse and interact in Mandarin.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,240.90 - RM5,000.00 per month
