Job Description

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and maintain proper record of Sales documentation i.e. Quotation / Booking Order / Filing.
  • Progressive update stock movement.

Job Requirement

  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM/STPM.
  • Skills : Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Preferably specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Problem solving skills and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Port Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
