Accounts Executive (R2R)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Perform balance sheet reconciliation and reconciliation between sub modules
• Perform analytical review on balance sheet reconciliation
• Raise journals and perform monthly closing
• Fixed Assets maintenance and reconciliations
• Perform analytical review on accounting reports
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies on timely basis
• Respond to and resolve Opco enquiries promptly
• Support Opcos throughout the accounting month cycle
• Assist on ad-hoc project as & when required
• Contribute to the smooth running of the center by performing other tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 or more years working experience in accounting functions and/or shared services experience is an advantage
• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or any related field.
• Solid PC skills and is proficient in the use of applications in the MS-Office, especially MS-excel.
• Experience in using Oracle system: AP, AR and GL module and Power BI or Power Automate is an advantage.
• Mandarin speaker will be an advantage as this role require to support Taiwan market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
