  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title : Fit Out Project Manager

Job Purpose

  • Manage and oversee fit-out and furnishing projects, ensuring efficient execution, quality, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate project activities with contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop cost plans and propose pricing for fit-out packages.
  • Lead design teams to create buyer-specific concepts.
  • Handle permits and liaise with property management as needed.
  • Negotiate procurement for materials and services.
  • Conduct post-project reviews for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to staff while fostering collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or property development.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
