Job description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the general admin and customer service duties such as filing documentation, data entry & provide administrative support to department / superior
- Operation arrangement & communicate with internal & external parties.
- Attend to incoming call & emails: take message, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate person in charge.
- Maintain proper filling of all document for record keeping.
- Assist day to day of overall administration for operation admin department
- Handling needed assignments from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level,
- Preferably with related working experience but school leavers or fresh graduates may also apply.
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Initiative, hardworking & able to work under pressure.
- High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all time.
- Ability to prioritize and work under minimum supervision.
- Willing to perform overtime work when required
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
