Responsibilities
- Goods receiving from supplies, data entry of invoices into Pos System, Inter-branch transfer.
- Folow up Credit Note & invoices with vendors.
- Laise with outlet staff for any stock discrepancies.
- To co-ordinate with account department in processing all invoices & matching of documents.
- To organize proper filling system for the department.
- Any other duties that may be assisgned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above.
- 1-2 years of experince in retail will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate / school leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Required Skilld(s) : communication skill, good computer skill and math skill.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
