Responsibilities & Authorities 1. Liaise with customer on matters relating to purchase orders, delivery schedules, discrepancies, etc. 2. Liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure that the customer's needs are met. 3. Preparing and maintaining sales support documentation. This includes ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. 4. Processing sales orders, and ensuring that they are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policies and procedures. 5. Communicate and coordinate with internal department 6. Maintain customer database filling 7. Follow up on customer interactions 8. Any other assign jobs from superior. Minimum Qualification. 1. Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent cert 2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience. 3. Good spoken and writing in English 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office. 5. Good interpersonal & communication skill. 6. Independent, responsible and meticulous.
