Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administration duties including managing office supplies.
  • Support departments by organizing and coordinating administrative duties.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Travel and accommodation arrangement for stakeholders/staff when required.
  • Support the HR, Finance and Marketing operations in terms of data sorting and assist in providing ongoing reports.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in office administration.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office, Word, Excel etc.
  • Proficient in Bahasa and English with effective communicative skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Working Location: Damansara Uptown

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
