1. Responsible the administrative of Project Department. 2. Responsible in managing internal and external documents pertaining to Quality Management System and ensure Quality Management System processes are established, implemented and maintained throughout the company. 3. Maintain and update each project document master list to ensure outgoing and incoming documents revision and status are up to date. 4. Coordinate all activities related to Document Control procedures including technical documents, drawings, commercial and general correspondences. 5. Responsible for processing all incoming/outgoing (classified and unclassified) documentation and dissemination to appropriate team members for further action. 6. Able to perform good filling system in form of hard and soft copy. 7. Prepare, operate and update Document Control Procedures in line with the Company's Document Management System. 8. Monitor and liaise with respective department units to ensure a uniform standard for the development and document retention of company policy manuals, forms, documentation and records. 9. Ensure the accessibility of latest approved documents by relevant parties to ensure the documents distribution are maintained. 10. Troubleshoot issues related to the documents being processed and project related issues. - Ad hoc duties as required to assist the project team. 11. Archiving of site documentation recording and numbering appropriately to ensure everything is traceable. 12. Conducting ISO 9001 process (Transition, MRM, Document Change, Internal Audit, External Audit). 13. General office duties including liaising with visitors on site, monitoring the site telephone switchboard, document scanning and filing, sending reports to client and sub-contractors. 14. To support the administrative of others department as and when required. Qualification and Experience: 1. Possess at least Diploma in any discipline. 2. Experience in ISO 9001. 3. Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. 4. Familiar with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint). 5. At least 2-3 years of working experience at the same position is required for the position.
